Ashley Huntington is a brewer, farmer and wild fermentation specialist based in the Derwent Valley of Tasmania.
With a degree in organic chemistry, diploma in winemaking and a decade working in the wine industry, Huntington’s journey into brewing began when he moved to Tasmania, the home of hop growing in Australia, almost 20 years ago. Since then his fascination and passion for agricultural ingredients has only become stronger, with his role in the brewery becoming one of less and less intervention.
