For more than 15 years, renowned chef Imogen ‘Mo’ Czulowski explored the culinary world and led award-winning restaurants across Australia and Europe.
Starting her career at the original Fino willunga beside David Swain and Sharon Romeo where she honed her skill and knowledge for local produce.
After finishing her apprenticeship, she set off to London and worked through such establishments like Dinner by Heston, and Noma.
Returning home to South Australia, Czulowski ambiously picked up the head chef reigns at Africola. Armed with a palate of global flavours her sharpened skills drove a young aspiring team to grand, award-winning culinary heights. Tantalising diners, food critiques and devout, loyal regulars.
Czulowski also works alongside with her partner she is running the culinary side of Off Piste Tours where she creates intimate local lunches at their homestead and now rejoining the Africola and Africola Canteen team as the groups culinary director.
