Mark Jensen’s culinary journey has taken him from the sun-soaked shores of Queensland to bustling London kitchens, and now to Port Lincoln’s seafood paradise. With a string of awards to his name, including chef hats at all five restaurants where he has held the role of executive chef, Jensen joined Line & Label, part of Teakle Wines, in 2021. Since then, his leadership has earned the restaurant its own hatted status and built a loyal following of locals and destination diners alike. 

The ocean has always been his muse, and it’s no surprise that the seafood bounty of Port Lincoln lured him to the Eyre Peninsula. But it’s more than just the produce; it’s the unique relationships with the diverse kitchen team, local suppliers, and fishermen who catch to order, and the opportunity to build menus that showcase the region’s best.
