Nick Tesar is bar manager at Melbourne’s Bar Liberty. A world-class bartender, he won World Class Australia in 2022 placed second in the global competition.
Tesar has an impressive resume of venues to his name – among them Lûmé and Gin Palace – and brings his wealth of process and ingredient knowledge to the table. He is also part of the team behind Marionette Liqueurs, working with local farmers to capture the seasons in a range of classically styled cocktail liqueurs.
This beverage connoisseur is also co-author of the cocktail book All Day Cocktails, which focuses on low and no alcohol drinking.
