Anais Gschwind in 2022 to take the role of venue manager at Leigh Street Wine Room and to continue to pursue a life based around food and wine.  

Prior to that she was living in the Northern Rivers where she worked as restaurant manager and training coordinator at Elements of Byron. Throughout her career she has also worked across various agricultural projects including growing organic vegetables, pastured poultry and young farmers organisations.  

Most recently Anais has focussed on sharing her passion for the hospitality industry through education and writing.
