Joining him for the session will be Tasting Australia drinks curator Banjo Harris Plane, a wine professional whose online business Good Pair Days acts as a personal sommelier for customers.
This relaxed look at the fundamentals will include plenty of time for questions, plus some seriously impressive natural drops. Expect bottles also popular at Byron Bay’s Bar Heather, co-owned by Audas.
