Athena Greek Eats

Athena Street Eats is a collaboration between Tokyo Diner and Chef Fin Cassius. After establishing itself less than 12 months ago, Athena's has quickly established itself as Adelaide's pre-eminent gourmet Greek event food and will be operating in the Village Green at the upcoming Australia-India cricket test. Our success is due to the synergy created by Tokyo Diner's operational expertise and Fin's excellence in the culinary arts.

Fin 's prior culinary experience includes head chef & FOH manager at Vine + Essen, head chef & FOH manager at Yiasou George, sous chef at Old Palm Liquor, chef de partie at Ottolenghi's Rovi. Tokyo Diner's operator, Raphael Korman, has been in event catering industry for over 13 years. Tokyo Diner presently operates 5 sites at the Garden of Unearthly Delights and is the event's preferred corporate caterer.

For Tasting Australia, Fin has developed a menu that elevates Greek cuisine, embracing traditional flavours and culture.

We would love to work collaboratively with Tasting SA to further develop our connections with local producers and purveyors.
