At Phat Head we make Dumplings! Local produce only used then blended with our unique flavour. We are professional Cater's with a passion for quality. so much so that all our dumplings from day 1 have been mixed by either my wife or i to ensure the texture and ingredients used are not compromised, ensuring our high-quality standards. Each dish looks the same as the last, same delicious flavours served at speed. we recently won "best food on the Boulevard" at the 2024 Royal Adelaide Show. We live for our customers and the experience each gets with each purchase.
We developed a New Dumpling especially for Tasting Australia. We are Proud to Add to our Potential Acceptance TA menu, the "Kangaroo Curry Dumpling". A delicate Mix of Kangaroo, Pork, some delicious herbs and spices served in a mango curry sauce.
