At our food stall, we bring the essence of a classic French bistro to life, blending the time-honoured traditions of French cuisine with the vibrant, seasonal produce of South Australia. Our team of chefs Paul & Annabelle Baker and James Day have a passion for creating dishes that are both authentic and innovative, using locally sourced ingredients that showcase the very best of our region.
Our offerings are designed for sharing, with each dish crafted to reflect the rich flavours and comforting appeal of French bistro fare—perfectly suited to a casual, yet elevated tasting experience. From the hearty onion soup to the rich wagyu steak to fresh, vibrant salads, every plate is a celebration of the connection between French culinary tradition and the incredible produce of South Australia.
